September 9, 2021 - 1:20 (EDT) - Update 2

International Operations – Tropical Cyclone Conson has been upgraded to a Tropical Storm and has now passed over the Philippines and is continuing to heqad towards Vietnam and Southern China. The storm is not expected to make landfall in the next 48-72 hours but there is currently uncertainty about the predicted storm track and this may change quickly. Storm surge and a possibility of storm force winds in affected areas but no major population centres currently in predicted path. We continue to track the storm as it progresses.

September 8, 2021 - 8:19 (EDT) - Update 1

Our team is monitoring Tropical Cyclone Conson as it is moving across the Philippines, an area in which we have worked in the past. Conson made landfall in the Philippines and is making its way north towards China’s Hainan island.
