Typhoon Yagi made landfall Saturday on Vietnam’s northeastern coast as the most powerful storm all year where it damaged factories and infrastructure. Initial reports from Vietnamese government has indicated 21 people have died from the landslides and floods that followed Typhoon Yagi.
