Alan Eland

Alan contributes his vast senior business leadership, diverse operations and sales management experience to the All Hands and Hearts council. Alan led IGT Corporation growth efforts which provided technology and service solutions and operational management support to clients throughout the Americas. His professional titles included Chief Operating Officer of North America and Senior Vice President of IGT Americas at IGT Corporation –  in which he oversaw Brightstar’s Information Technology, service delivery, and logistics initiatives.

He began his career at IGT Corporation in 1985, and held various roles of increasing responsibility throughout his 21 years with it. He served as Vice President and General Manager for IGT Corporation Gaming Solutions organization where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of Spielo and led a due-diligence team for Europe ‘s largest slot machine manufacturer, Atronic. As Regional Vice President of Eastern U.S. Operations, Alan managed IGT Corporation’s largest region from 1998 to 2005. Prior to that, he oversaw the launch of the Texas Lottery and later served as Account General Manager for IGT Corporation Texas. 

He received his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University.
