Chloe Forman

Board Ex-Officio, Director of Response, All Hands and Hearts

Chloe first discovered All Hands and Hearts in St. John, USVI, where she volunteered in 2018 and returned to start her journey as a staff member in 2019.  Having spent several years traveling internationally and working with a number of organizations, All Hands and Hearts continued to pull her in.  She worked as the VEC/VRC in St. John and took over as Program Director in the Bahamas in December 2019.  She had the unique opportunity to return to the Bahamas in July 2020 to open the first post-shutdown program and was Program Director for the first-ever DM12 program.  She transitioned into the DART Specialist role in February 2021, conducting the assessment and supporting program start-up and operations in Guatemala, until her recent transition into the role of International Response Manager in July 2021.

She is passionate about driving forward positive social change and is committed to supporting the International Ops Team to respond and impact communities as effectively and ethically as possible.  When not on program, you can find her at the nearest ocean.

Chloe received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Justice and Peace Studies from Georgetown University in 2014.
