Chief of Volunteer Experience
Lauren first volunteered with All Hands and Hearts in 2014, after Super Typhoon Haiyan tore through the Philippines. In 2015, she became a staff member and the first ever Volunteer Engagement Coordinator – pioneering a volunteer engagement strategy that provides a regular and sustainable funding solution through facilitating and inspiring volunteers to fundraise on our behalf.
Since leaving her on-project role, she has continued to drive this strategy forward and implement it across all of our programs worldwide – raising significant funds each month. She is also responsible for kick-starting an exciting Alumni Network, helping us stay better connected with our volunteers for the long-term, which has grown significantly under her direction.
She is now the Chief of Volunteer Experience and spearheads the Volunteer and Alumni Relations department. Lauren and her team manage all of our volunteer recruitment, coordination and engagement, in addition to alumni engagement.
