Mike Shaklik

Principal and Florida Advisory Leader, Ernst & Young LLP

As a Partner for Ernst & Young, LLP, Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership and has provided services for Fortune 500 clients in hospitality and retail, cruise line, food and beverage, construction and manufacturing, and telecommunications. Mike serves as the Market Leader for Florida and Puerto Rico – personally overseeing a portfolio of $100 million in Advisory services. In addition, he has held various client and internal leadership roles as part of EY’s National Practices.

Prior to joining EY, Mike held various leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Gartner, Inc. In parallel, he served 20 years as an Officer in the United States Navy – retiring in 2011. His time in the Navy afforded him the opportunity to deploy around the world supporting national security missions. Mike has previously served on the board of the Virginia chapter of Child Help USA and was a founding Board Member of the Northern Virginia Children Science Center.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Political Studies from the University of Utah and his Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Redlands.
