Update 1
Initially starting as a Category 4 hurricane out on the Pacific Ocean, Hurricane Norma weakened to a Category 1 storm as it landed at the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula. As it progressed across mainland Mexico, it brought heavy rains and strong winds, causing homes to flood and leaving thousands without power. All Hands and Hearts will continue to monitor the storm’s impacts.
